Return Window & Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
We Allow Returns For:
- Printing defects or color issues.
- Spelling errors caused by our team.
- Wrong product color delivered.
- Items with stains or marks.
- Any mistakes caused by our production process.
We Do Not Accept Returns For:
- Wrong sizing selected by the customer.
- Incorrect print or design option chosen.
- Custom errors or information submitted incorrectly by the customer.
