Return Window & Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We Allow Returns For:

  • Printing defects or color issues.
  • Spelling errors caused by our team.
  • Wrong product color delivered.
  • Items with stains or marks.
  • Any mistakes caused by our production process.

We Do Not Accept Returns For:

  • Wrong sizing selected by the customer.
  • Incorrect print or design option chosen.
  • Custom errors or information submitted incorrectly by the customer.
